Shipping & Returns


  • Orders can only be shipped to the address provided by you at checkout. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order has been shipped.
  • It may be necessary to split your order into multiple consignments and ship these separately.
  • All products are subject to availability. For orders placed before 3pm your order should be delivered to UK Mainland within three working days - but usually quicker. We use Royal Mail Tracked and Parcelforce to send the majority of orders, however sometimes we use DPD or other parcel couriers when necessary. Shipping to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Overseas your order will normally be delivered within seven working days and may incur extra charges. If this is the case we will notify you before processing your order.


Unwanted or Exchange items

If you wish to cancel your order, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel. Notification of your cancellation must be received via email within 14 days via our Contact Page.

Unwanted goods must then be returned unused and in their original packaging. 

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Faulty or Damaged

If your goods are faulty upon delivery, or develop a fault within the first 30 days, we will refund or replace them free of charge, including the cost of shipping the replacement goods. Please note that you must notify our Customer Service Team of the fault inside the 30 day period via our Contact page.

If your goods develop a fault after 30 days please contact our Customer Service Team via our Contact Page. We may, at our discretion, repair or replace your goods.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
